Neem oil acts as an insecticide and protects plants and crops against pests.
This is effective against insecticide-resistant pests and yet does not harm the beneficial insects. Being biodegradable, it does not leave any residue on the final produce.

Formulations made from Neem oil are unique in that they are not outright killers. Instead, they alter an insect's behavior or life processes in ways that ensure that the insects can no longer feed, breed or metamorphose thus causing no further damage even in future generations.
